Do we really speak English?
Yes, of course we do! We are all fluent in English, French and Frenglish, a dialect unique to all Blue Fox Travel guides.

Yes, due to the purposefully small size of all of our groups, reservations are required for all of our tours and activities. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our online booking system. If you are unable to book online, please send us an email we’ll make the booking manually for you.

How far ahead do I need to book a tour?

Groups fill up very quickly so we recommend that you book well in advance for all of our tours. If you have a party of 4 or more then we recommend that you book at least 2 weeks in advance in order to have your first choice of tour dates and times.

We understand that unexpected events can change your travel plans; for this reason Blue Fox Travel offers a full refund, for any reason, if you cancel more than 72hrs before your reserved tour is scheduled to start.

On regular tours and activities no refunds are given for any reason once within 72 hours prior to the start of your scheduled tour. However, we will provide gift vouchers for anyone who misses their tour for reasons beyond their control.
